The team is still relatively new within EcoOnline, taking several individuals from across functions and centralizing them. As we progress, we aim to build a standard suite of dashboards and reports that the business can rely on to make informed decisions. As well as establishing a consistent self-service reporting model to allow more users access to data sooner. All of this will be done in a governed fashion that balances speed and agility with accuracy, quality, and security.

- In conjunction with the Director of Data and Head of Data Transformation Development (ETL Lead), scope out new work and confirm priorities to ensure the broader team is delivering high-value items consistently throughout the year.
- Oversee a team of 2 BI Developers to ensure all certified dashboards and reports are identified, scoped, developed, and published properly to the business.
- Gather requirements for new reports and enhancements to existing reports, turning business needs into techno-functional requirements for BI and Engineering build.
- Troubleshoot end user issues in reporting and come up with solutions in a timely manner.
- Validate engineering outputs are consistent with functional requirements to ensure a quality data platform is built out for the company.
- Manage key stakeholders across all functions, especially Finance, Sales, and Marketing, acting as the face of Data Insights to the organization.
- Develop key reports and dashboards, primarily in Power BI, to help drive decision making and business growth.
- Develop more junior BI developers in their skillsets and effectively manage their day-to-day priorities to ensure the BI team can consistently deliver tools to the business that garner insights and drive actions.
