What the job involves
- Lead investor engagement by overseeing the planning and execution of investor meetings, roadshows, and industry events, fostering new and existing relationships.
- Develop fundraising strategies, supporting capital-raising efforts through market research, investor outreach, and tailored presentation materials.
- Drive investor communications by overseeing quarterly updates, investor reports, and tailored presentations that align with the firm’s strategic vision.
- Analyse and present fund performance metrics, maintaining robust financial models and investor-focused data to support capital allocation and decision-making.
- Oversee due diligence processes, managing investor requests, data room access, and legal documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, aligning investor communications and reporting with transparency and risk management standards.
Who we are looking for
- Experience working in investor relations within a private markets firm with a working knowledge of private credit.
- Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Proven fundraising expertise, including investor due diligence, capital raising, and fund structuring.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex fund performance data.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, investor databases, and reporting tools.
- Fluency in additional European languages advantageous, though not essential.
