Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor in Birmingham. Projects are located across the UK and will require lodging. Sectors include Highrise Multiroom, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial, in both fit out and new build. We are looking for a Site Manager who is happy to travel and lodge.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Run the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the Project Manager in planning and execution of project activities, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Be responsible for all activities on site.
- Ensure the proper implementation of all company HSE process and procedure.
Qualifications of the Site Manager:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry, ideally with exposure to highrise, healthcare, commercial or educational projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field i.e. Degree or NVQ Level 6 or higher.
- CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification essential.
Salary:
£55,000 – £65,000 + Car/ Car Allowance + Bonus.
