Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations, ensure profitability, and manage teams effectively.
2. Manage inventory, compliance, and store operations to meet sales and operational goals.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise staff while ensuring high performance and resolving conflicts.
4. Improve customer satisfaction through enhanced service and feedback handling.
5. Inform customers about discounts and special offers and manage budgets.
6. Develop marketing strategies, analyze competitors, and plan for business growth.
7. Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.
8. Build supplier relationships and identify opportunities for growth in the retail sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or a related study and experience.
