Sous Chef, NW London, £38k
Located in NW London, this prestigious site is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef to create stunning, modern and on-trend food for both everyday dining as well as hospitality/events.
As the Sous Chef, you will be:
- Working alongside a team and the GM
- Evolving the menu and creating modern, on-trend dishes
- Cooking for the café as well as hospitality and events (VIP)
- Helping to drive the business and food offer forward
Working hours are 5/7 (weekends included), 40 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate would be:
- Passionate! About food, hospitality and customer service
- Up to date with food trends and able to produce dishes that wow in terms of flavor, presentation and creativity
- Have a strong background – ideally with private members club or high-end bar/restaurant experience
- Financially aware
- Have an enthusiastic, positive manner with a can-do approach
