Our client, a Magic Circle law firm, is looking to recruit a Structured Finance and Securitisation Associate with 2-4 PQE into their market-leading team which is 80 strong.
The team encourages associates to get involved in a broad range of matters across structured finance & securitisation, banking, DCM, derivatives, project finance and restructuring.
The successful candidate will be E&W qualified with a 1st class degree from a leading UK university and will be currently working for another MC law firm or within a US or Silver Circle firm.
