Base pay range
Starting salaries range from £35-60K + equity (DOE).
The roles:
The roles vary depending on the startup & their funding stage (we predominantly work with seed – Series A startups). However, startups are often looking for their first (or one of the first) marketing hires into the team. This means you’ll be taking on responsibility for shaping & implementing the company’s marketing strategy.
It’s a great opportunity to grow fast & play a pivotal role in a startup’s growth.
