Our client, a significant public sector organisation is seeking an Interim Director of People to join its Executive Team for a 9-month period to cover maternity leave.

We are seeking an experienced HR leader who has operated at an executive director level to join an ambitious and driven executive team. You will utilise your commercial thinking and share your experience of best practice and innovative thinking to lead a culture of high performance. You will have operated within a complex, unionised environment.
