• Seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years PQE into their Brighton office.
• Strong background in broad commercial disputes, with experience in property or real estate litigation preferred.
• Experience in landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, and land rights with a caseload including MNW/HNW work.
