Investor Relations Associate, Global Private Markets Manager, London, UK

We are working with a global private markets manager focused on private equity, secondaries and credit. The firm is now looking to add a technically-minded and bright Analyst / Associate into their investor relations team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and high calibre team covering different strategies.

What the job involves

• Prepare and maintain marketing materials including investor presentations, quarterly reports, DDQs, RFPs and PPMs during fundraising and in between fundraising
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Perform track record management and portfolio data analysis
• Handle ad-hoc investor queries, liaising with the appropriate investment teams where necessary to ensure high quality responses are provided in a timely manner
• Assist in the execution of all fundraising activities, optimising investor communication and coordinating the investors’ information needs through due diligence requests and on-site visits
• Help on co-investment management
• Help prepare and coordinate annual investor meetings and other ad-hoc events

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations or placement agent. Other backgrounds such as investment banking or investments will be considered
• Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor friendly content
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English
• Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
