Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Dunbar Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wolverhampton, who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team after May half term.

About the Role:

  • Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Student: A primary-aged child with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Support Needs: Communication support, behaviour management, and structured daily routines

  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly SLD and Autism

  • A patient, nurturing and consistent approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A commitment to supporting inclusion and promoting positive outcomes

  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
