Salary: £70,000 – £75,000
Job Description:
LHH are delighted to exclusively representing a leading international business in Greater Manchester, who are looking to appoint a Legal Counsel.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer looking to make a first move from practice, or for a commercial contracts Lawyer already working in-house to join a PLC listed business that is a market leader in the manufacturing sector. Joining a close-knit legal function, you can expect to provide legal advice on contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property as well as assisting with company secretarial duties, and managing legal projects.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years PQE (guide) in commercial law.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, IP, and data privacy.
- Willingness to learn company secretarial tasks.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
