Setting: New Primary SEN Provision

Contract: Full-time or part-time considered

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a growing provision from the ground up. As a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

• Deliver targeted and universal SaLT interventions for students with a range of communication needs (including ASD, developmental language disorder, and SEMH).
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and families to develop and implement tailored support strategies.
• Conduct assessments, produce EHCP reports, and contribute to the wider therapy team as the provision grows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC-registered)
• Experience (or strong interest) in working with primary-aged students with SEN
• Ability to work proactively and flexibly in a new and evolving school environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
