We’re looking for a strategic and motivated Product Owner who can to drive the delivery of impactful solutions that enhance how we and our clients do business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet real-world needs and deliver real value.

Role Expectations:

• Own and shape the product roadmap and priorities; end to end product delivery (up to five products)
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories
• Be the voice of the customer—gathering insights, sharing feedback, and identifying opportunities
• Collaborate across UX, UI, and development teams to deliver great products
• Lead requirements workshops and backlog grooming
• Drive sprint planning and reviews with agile teams
• Collaborate with senior individuals to help scale product success

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Background in insurance (preferred) or Financial Services
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile ceremonies
• Proven proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
