About the Role

Are you passionate about safety, service, and technical excellence? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operational Support professional to join our dynamic team supporting the On-Stream Repair / Leak Sealing Service Line . You’ll play a vital role in supporting our Sales, Commercial, Technical, and Operations teams in delivering safe and efficient On-Stream Repair services to our clients across various industries.

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role for someone with strong technical expertise, communication skills, and a passion for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development : Deliver and develop technical training for technicians and customers.
  • Work Scope Surveying : Conduct detailed job surveys and provide expert insights.
  • Cost Estimation : Build accurate, competitive job cost estimates and collaborate with commercial teams.
  • Tenders & Bids : Support bid preparation with technical input and documentation.
  • Risk Assessments & Method Statements : Prepare and maintain safety-focused documentation.
  • Project Collaboration : Partner with project managers for seamless execution and service delivery.
  • Critical Job Reviews : Ensure quality and compliance with internal standards and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
  • Proven expertise in On-Stream Repairs and industrial service applications. (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and interface with various teams.
  • Ability and willingness to train others in your field of expertise
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
