Position: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary: up to £29k

Are you an ambitious and organised legal professional looking to develop your career in residential conveyancing? We’re seeking a dedicated Residential Paralegal to join our dynamic property team at a well-established firm in Bexleyheath.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting solicitors in handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation including contracts and title deeds
• Conducting searches, dealing with Land Registry and mortgage lenders
• Assisting with client onboarding, AML checks, and file opening procedures
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files using a case management system

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload under supervision
• A proactive and client-focused attitude
• Experience with legal case management systems is advantageous
