The Role
A Manager with an Oracle Controls focus within the team would typically be responsible for driving delivery of all Oracle service lines as part of the wider ERP & Business Systems team. The role involves developing new business from existing clients and prospects, building relationships with organizations, and establishing expertise in assurance and consulting support related to Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Leading multiple Oracle assurance and advisory engagements.
- Responsibility for the overall output from client engagements.
- Overseeing scoping, financial management, delivery risk, and review of deliverables.
- Building and managing client relationships at CIO, CFO, and Head of Internal Audit levels.
- Developing internal networks and promoting Oracle capabilities within KPMG.
- Expanding Oracle services in specific segments like B2C and B2B.
- Coaching and developing team members and training the wider Technology Risk Consulting team.
- Leading product development and innovation in Oracle GRC, data, and analytics technologies.
- Managing business development activities, including responding to RFPs and client presentations.
Experience and Background
- Experience in Oracle business analysis and core financial processes.
- Experience with ERP and business systems like SAP and Oracle.
- Functional experience of Oracle GRC and Financials.
- Experience with Oracle Release 12 and Oracle Fusion.
- Experience using Oracle data analysis tools.
- Understanding of supporting technology platforms.
- Ability to present industry topics to large groups.
- Understanding of system risks and controls.
- Strong relationship development skills.
- Ability to deliver within tight deadlines and budgets.
