Join our Marketing team and be responsible for driving sales conversion rates by developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives that empower our sales team. You will create impactful sales enablement materials, plan and execute high-impact customer events, and develop marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and proactive execution to support TotalJobs’ business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize sales enablement materials such as sales pitches, industry and customer-specific presentations, case studies, value propositions, and sales collateral to drive conversion and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute customer events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) that generate leads and foster a community for relevant customers.
  • Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns supporting sales initiatives, including account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation, and retention programs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify needs, provide marketing support, and create tools to enhance client interactions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine messaging, identify opportunities, and position TotalJobs as a thought leader.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives’ performance for continuous optimization based on data insights.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for content production and event logistics.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments such as B2B Brand, Content & Insights, Product Marketing, and E-Commerce Marketing to align activities with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a sales-driven environment or closely working with Sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing impact based on performance data.
  • Proven experience in event management, from planning to execution and post-event analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are advantageous.
