Location: London & Southern UK (with travel to different sites)
Salary: £55,000 + Excellent Benefits
My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead front-of-house and client services operations across multiple high-profile sites in London and the South. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support on-site teams across several locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed client expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Manage budgets, payroll, invoicing, and produce operational reports
- Chair service reviews and lead regular team communications
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and operational procedures

- Proven experience in a regional management role, ideally within front-of-house, hospitality, or corporate services
- Strong leadership and people management skills across dispersed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to operational challenges
- Comfortable working strategically while staying hands-on with day-to-day delivery
