Data Solutions Architect – Contract

• Inside IR35
• 2 days per week on-site in London
• Hybrid

Job Overview

Currently 1 year into programme to transform and manage curriculum. They have implemented data framework and need to bring in data foundation/ building blocks.

Job Requirements

• Capable of handling ambiguous requirements, identifying NFRs, and creating designs that meet objectives
• Able to understand the business drivers for change, critical deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Leading design activities across complex business functions with multiple stakeholders
• Discovering and analysing requirements, understanding the context, identifying, and assessing alternative solutions and advising on configuration
• Define the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise’s future-state architecture vision.
• Direct the governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance.

Technical

• Experience in data governance and data quality tools in an enterprise (Collibra, Informatica, etc)
• Awareness of Azure and AWS cloud data toolsets. Experienced in providing cloud data patterns for Azure and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks and tools
• Skilled in solution in relation to data cataloguing, metadata management, and data lineage tracking.

Interpersonal

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive initiatives.
