Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across sectors

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise client value

  • Deliver tailored training solutions aligned to client needs

  • Accurately log and maintain activity in CRM systems

What We're Looking For

Essential: ✔️ Proven success in new business development and closing high-value B2B deals (£2,000-£20,000 range) ✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ✔️ Confident in cold outreach and lead generation ✔️ Able to manage the full sales cycle independently ✔️ Target-driven and self-motivated ✔️ Excellent time management and organisational skills

Desirable: ✨ Background in training, education, or professional development sales ✨ Experience with public sector clients or knowledge of procurement processes ✨ Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms ✨ Understanding of consultative sales approaches
