Key Responsibilities
Proactively source new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
Build strong relationships with decision-makers across sectors
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to maximise client value
Deliver tailored training solutions aligned to client needs
Accurately log and maintain activity in CRM systems
What We're Looking For
Essential: ✔️ Proven success in new business development and closing high-value B2B deals (£2,000-£20,000 range) ✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ✔️ Confident in cold outreach and lead generation ✔️ Able to manage the full sales cycle independently ✔️ Target-driven and self-motivated ✔️ Excellent time management and organisational skills
Desirable: ✨ Background in training, education, or professional development sales ✨ Experience with public sector clients or knowledge of procurement processes ✨ Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms ✨ Understanding of consultative sales approaches
