Electrician

Working on behalf of our client based in Halifax. We are currently recruiting for an Electrician on a permanent basis.

Key Duties:

• Install electrical systems, including control panels and drive systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial motors and gearboxes.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement energy-efficient electrical solutions.
• Conduct electrical testing and commissioning to ensure system safety and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

• ECS Gold Card
• Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial setting.
• 18th Edition
• 2391 – Advantageous (Company will put successful candidates through this)
• Driving License
• Happy with working away from home at times.

What our client can offer in return:

• £19 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week basic – with regular overtime available weekly, on average a 48 hour week.
