Senior Recruitment Consultant – HR Reward

Our HR specialist client in London is looking to add an experienced recruiter to their fast-growing HR Reward team.

Position

The role involves building business within the Reward C&I sector, leveraging existing relationships and growing your own client base through focused business development.

You will join an experienced HR recruitment team, working alongside recruiters covering other HR areas such as Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and generalist recruitment.

Who they are looking for

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience in HR or Professional Services, such as Accountancy & Finance, with success in permanent or interim roles.
  • Confidence in headhunting hard-to-find talent and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to manage workload independently.
