Your mission
We’re looking for ambitious junior designers eager to grow through diverse, hands-on experiences. At Native, our blend of industrial, digital, and service design expertise empowers our team to tackle transformative projects across sectors like tech, consumer electronics, healthcare, wellness, and automotive.
We offer 12-month sandwich placements and graduate roles, aiming to develop a designer with curiosity, a keen eye for opportunities, problem-solving skills, daring yet thoughtful approach, and the confidence to innovate.
You will receive support and resources to achieve your goals and make an impact. Collaboration is key at Native; we’re seeking someone who brings unique perspectives and works well within a team to create meaningful results.

Your profile
We won’t patronise you with basic design skills. If you’re reading this, you already know your way around design tools and processes. What we value in a junior designer:
