A global tech leader known for driving innovation across enterprise solutions is hiring a Sales Development Associate to support its growth across Central and Eastern Europe. This role sits within a regional sales hub and is ideal for candidates fluent in Polish and Czech, with a strong interest in sales, lead generation, and customer engagement.
This is a hybrid role between marketing and sales – focused on researching prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the field sales team to convert interest into pipeline. All outreach is digital or phone-based, and requires full-time attendance in the central London office (5 days/week).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to generate new sales-qualified leads
- Qualify marketing leads and convert them into actionable opportunities
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and gather contact details
- Collaborate with regional account teams to align on strategy and hand over leads
- Keep CRM tools updated with activity logs, outcomes, and lead progression
- Share learnings and best practices across the team
- Stay up to date on product updates, sales campaigns, and the competitive landscape
What You Bring
- Fluency in Polish and Czech (written and spoken)
- 0–2 years of experience – ideal for recent graduates or junior-level professionals
- A natural communicator who enjoys outreach, research, and structured sales work
- Comfortable working with CRMs and digital prospecting tools
- Able to understand and apply solution-selling principles
- Proactive and coachable with a desire to grow into a long-term sales career
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
