Our client requires a competent administrator to join a busy and expanding team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form; possess strong Microsoft Excel skills to include accurate data input; analysis; verification; visualisation and cleansing and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, a very keen eye to detail and the ability to build friendly, professional, and supportive relationships with both internal and external contacts.
This is a busy and fast paced role and therefore, the ability to prioritise work and ensure that tasks are completed to deadlines, whilst working on several projects simultaneously, is essential.
Working for an up-and-coming construction business which has strong growth plans, this would initially be a 6-month contract, with a view to becoming permanent. This role may suit a graduate who is looking to lead into a wider career in the construction industry.
Hours will initially be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm (flexibility of hours and remote working would be available upon completion of initial training).
