What You’ll Do

• Be the first line of support for our users—via phone, email, and our ticketing system
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and think outside the box to find smart solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, QA, and development teams to resolve customer challenges
• Educate and guide users to make the most of our platform and features
• Document every customer interaction with precision and care
• Advocate for our customers and share their feedback with internal teams
