The role involves:
Full-time: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Flexibility is required, as hours may vary, and assistance outside standard hours may be necessary.
There may be opportunities for remote work, and we aim to accommodate your needs.
Contract: Permanent
Location: London
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting letters and emails
- Managing the diary
- Responding to staff and customer queries via email and phone
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Conducting research
- Preparing quotes and assisting with tender applications
- Creating and sending invoices
- Chasing late payments
- Issuing employment and customer contracts
- Conducting initial interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with the Director
- Handling staff payroll queries
- Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the Administration Director
Person Specification:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Flexibility and team spirit
- Reliable, committed, with a positive attitude
