About the Role:

As a Senior Charter Broker, you will be responsible for generating and managing a pipeline of qualified sales prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and overseeing the end-to-end process of charter bookings. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of high-profile clients across various industries, providing exceptional service and solutions for their private jet needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, including calls, networking, emails, and in-person visits (both in the UK and abroad).
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  4. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as airline and service providers.
  5. Manage the entire charter process from initial enquiry to post-flight closeout, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  6. Review and manage required documentation, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  7. Monitor flight schedules, communicate updates to clients, and resolve any issues that arise during flights.
  8. Participate in training and mentoring junior brokers, sharing your expertise and supporting team development.
  9. Be prepared to travel internationally for business meetings, networking events, and flight representation as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in charter brokering is essential.
  • Strong passion for aviation and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Calm and positive demeanor, especially under pressure.
  • Tenacious and persistent in challenging situations.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours as required by the business, including occasional weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
  • A team player who values collaboration within a local office and across international teams.
  • Adaptable to feedback and open to change.
  • A second language is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
