Audit Market Supervision (AMS) Project Associate – Permanent – Birmingham (hybrid) – £65k
We are currently working with a leading public sector regulator who are looking for a professional with a background in Audit to join their Team as an AMS Project Associate. Be part of a specialist team monitoring culture within the largest UK audit firms.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in organisation behaviours and culture, and a background in Audit. This is a unique opportunity to join a team within an organisation that not only offers longevity but a healthy work-life balance.
Role: Audit Market Supervision (AMS) Project Associate
Location: Birmingham, 2 days per week onsite.

AMS Project Associate Key Skills and Experience:
- Background in the audit profession (internal or external)
- A genuine interest in behavioural science/ organisation behaviour and culture
- Knowledge of International Standard on Quality Management 1 (ISQM1) is a bonus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player can give and receive feedback openly and honestly.
- Analytical mindset
