We’re looking for a Change Network Engagement Manager to lead the charge on one of our most significant change programmes to date. A major ERP (SAP) transformation spanning HR and Finance. This role is pivotal in shaping how we engage, support, and empower our internal change network during a period of organisational transformation. You’ll be responsible for managing a newly established change network, including a senior leadership group and a diverse team of change champions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Change Network: Develop and manage a robust network of change champions and leaders who will drive transformation within their areas.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with senior stakeholders to co-design and deliver strategic change plans.
- Drive Communications: Produce clear, compelling messaging across a range of formats to communicate change initiatives and progress.
- Coach and Train: Provide support, guidance, and training to equip change champions with the tools and confidence they need to lead.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build relationships across the organisation to understand needs, surface concerns, and generate buy-in.
- Track Progress: Monitor engagement and delivery across the network, identifying risks and course-correcting where needed.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify and embed opportunities for better ways of working within the change framework.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of change management experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale ERP or digital transformation programmes.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a knack for bringing clarity and connection.
- Able to manage ambiguity and shift gears quickly in a dynamic, change-rich environment.
- Experience leading change networks or champion groups across large, complex organisations.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working 2 days per week from our London offices as part of a hybrid model.
