We’re looking for a Business Development Representative. If you’ve got a track record prospecting SaaS solutions to SMB and Mid-Market, you’re based in London, want to develop your career into a closing role, and enjoy a fast paced sales environment, then this could be the role for you.

Headlines:

  • BDR/SDR
  • Office is in Shoreditch
  • Hybrid (after onboarding)
  • SaaS sales
  • Base salary is £35K with a £50K OTE (uncapped)

  • Must be an English speaker

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for lead generation, prospecting and scheduling meetings (top of funnel activity).
  • Working closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to close deals.
  • Represent the company events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Develop your career into a closing role.

What it takes:

  • 6 months+ of experience in SaaS BDR/SDR sales, with a focus on the SMB market.
  • Be an ambitious and driven individual.
  • A proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while exceeding your sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to feedback and self improvement.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to put in extra effort to ensure targets are met.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in cybersecurity or related tech sectors.
  • Have worked in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN or SPICED.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
