The Role

Ranked as the gold standard by the Legal 500 Tier system, you will be part of the renowned Banking and Finance team, working across the UK. You will gain exposure to the full spectrum of financial work, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, managing conditions precedent, inter-creditor arrangements, and resolving issues related to lending transactions.
