Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with French artists, managers, and music industry stakeholdersClearly communicate the benefits of flexible catalogue buyouts and support artists through each stage of the processOwn the full sales cycle, from sourcing and prospecting through to deal negotiation and closeDevelop and execute strategic plans to grow and deepen the French pipelineRepresent the company at key music industry events, conferences, and artist showcasesWork cross-functionally with sourcing, underwriting, legal, and analytics teams to ensure seamless deal executionUse data insights to optimise processes and identify high-potential opportunitiesStay current with music industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity within the French market
What You’ll Bring~4+ years’ experience in an artist-facing role at a label, DSP, publishing company, management firm or music finance company, with deep knowledge of the French music market~ Bilingual fluency in English and French~ Strong commercial acumen and understanding of music deal structures~ Self-starter with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach~ Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment~ Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset~ Bachelor’s degree in music, media, business or a related field~ Experience in a B2B sales role is a plus…
