Role Summary:

This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of employment matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work. You’ll be part of a high-performing team with a wealth of experience, providing you with the support and opportunities to grow and develop your career. The position can be based remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from the Bristol office, with flexible working options available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of employment cases from initial referral to conclusion: Ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service

• Provide advice on settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and HR policies: Supporting businesses through complex employment law requirements

• Handle employment litigation matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims: Advocating effectively for clients

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient case handling and adherence to regulatory processes: Contributing to a culture of excellence

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in employment litigation

• Strong knowledge of employment law and procedures

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage a caseload proactively and meet deadlines

• Understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct

• Collaborative approach with a focus on client care
