We’re looking for a skilled HR Systems Manager to take ownership of their people technology platforms. This is a unique opportunity to shape how their teams are supported, developed, and engaged across multiple international locations — all while being based in the heart of London.

What You’ll Do

As the HR Systems Manager, you’ll oversee the functionality, effectiveness, and user experience of the HR tech stack — covering everything from recruitment and onboarding to learning, engagement, and performance. You’ll ensure systems run smoothly, data is reliable, and users are fully supported.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and enhancing multiple HR platforms to support global people operations.
  • Acting as the first line of support for HR system users across functions and locations.
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs.
  • Delivering training to People & Culture team members on tools and processes.
  • Leading the technical setup and support for global initiatives like performance reviews and engagement surveys.
  • Maintaining strong data integrity and producing meaningful people analytics reports.
  • Supporting system transitions, implementations, and upgrades across international teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience managing HR systems and data in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel and confident using data to support decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills

  • Background in hospitality or luxury service environments.
  • Knowledge of HR systems in regions such as the UK, US, France, or Italy.
  • Additional language skills (Italian or French preferred).
