Job Title: Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be responsible for promoting and supporting the operation of our school-aged immunisation service. This will involve working closely with the team to ensure the efficient delivery of this service, which includes on-site clinics in schools and follow-up clinics in the community.
Key Tasks
- Collaborate with the team to support the smooth delivery of the service
- Retrieve data from various sources as requested
- Provide administrative support to managers and employees
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
- Analyse operational processes and suggest improvements
- Respond to scheduling queries via email and phone
- Validate data by cross-checking it against source documents
- Update customer data and ensure it is accurate
- Upload physical documents to relevant electronic systems
