Legal PA – Corporate – London City

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with finance teams to oversee billing, matter balances, and working capital
- Managing the full matter lifecycle, from opening files and applying correct rates to drafting engagement letters and liaising with compliance teams
- Supporting conflict checks and client due diligence, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the Client Matter Inception (CMI) process
- Coordinating complex diary and travel arrangements for senior stakeholders
- Organising internal and client events, including training sessions, inductions, and assessment centres
- Providing support to the centralised paralegal team and other key departments
- Planning and booking intricate travel itineraries with a focus on efficiency and value
- Managing meeting logistics, including preparation of documents, room bookings, and hospitality
- Overseeing task management workflows to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Liaising with document production teams for formatting and finalising legal and business documents
- Applying excellent technical and organisational skills across a broad range of administrative support tasks
- Ensuring full compliance with internal risk, training, and governance policies
The Candidate:
- At least 5 years’ experience supporting senior Partners in a leading City or international firm ideally from a professional services background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding attention to detail
- A calm, professional, and proactive approach to managing a fast-paced workload
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technology
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A collaborative and positive team player with a genuine commitment to service excellence
