Job Title: Junior Audience Manager (Initial 3 Month Temp Contract)
A Little Bit About Our Team
Atlantic Records UK is home to some of the most iconic UK artists from household names such as Ed Sheeran, Anne-Marie, Charli XCX & Burna Boy to emerging names such as Nathan Dawe, Fred Again.. and Maisie Peters.
You’d be joining the Audience team, who work hand in hand with Marketing to construct our artist campaigns, driving amplification online, growing audiences and dialing in on communities forming around our artists. We do this in a number of ways including creating, marketing & optimising content, developing and implementing fan acquisition strategies, and working with new digital platforms and startups.
Your Role
As a Junior Audience Manager, you will be integral to the execution of digital strategies for a diverse roster of artists. You’ll support the Audience Managers in developing and implementing campaigns, ensuring all digital touchpoints are leveraged to grow and engage fanbases. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment, working on exciting artist projects with supervision and mentorship from senior team members.

- Execute day-to-day digital responsibilities across various campaigns with supervision.
- Manage a limited roster of artist campaigns with senior oversight.
- Work with the team’s defined digital best practice across social strategy and creator marketing for your roster
- Help your roster develop content calendars and ensure campaign content is delivered and scheduled appropriately
- Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, A&R, Creative, Promo) and trusted external suppliers on active campaigns, escalating issues as needed.
- Work with the Creator Strategy Manager and external agencies to deliver Creator Marketing campaigns on basic-to-mid complexity briefs.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contribute useful campaign examples and alert the team to trends
- Independently manage small content shoots, briefing suppliers, and ensure quality deliverables
- Build working relationships with artist teams
- Own campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting on assigned projects
- Demonstrate growing confidence in data use and campaign insight communication.

- You show a growing ability to use data to inform decisions and report on campaign progress.
We’d Love It If You Also Had
- Some experience in creating or commissioning content (e.g., basic video editing, social media content creation).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Previous experience or internship in music, entertainment, or a related digital field.
