Sales Development Representative (French-speaking)
London, UK | Full-time | Hybrid | SaaS
Starting base salary of up to £38.000 + commissions (£55.000 OTE)
I’m looking for a BDR to join a fast-growing London-based SaaS company powering personalized promotions and loyalty programs for global retailers.
What You’ll Do
- Focus on the French market (and broader EMEA region) to identify, qualify, and engage new business prospects.
- Work inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and drive outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Research prospects, uncover business needs, and help move leads through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to fine-tune messaging and optimize outreach.
- Use Salesforce and marketing automation tools to track activity and performance.
- Help deliver a standout buying experience, from first touch to sales handoff.
What YouBring
- Experience in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strategic account prospecting experience
- Fluent in French and English – both written andverbal.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Out
- reach). (Bonus)
- Familiarity with retail industry challenges and how tech can help solve them.
