Location: Glasgow Salary: 23,914.80 per annum + Uncapped Commission Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am-5pm | Friday: 9am-4pm (start your weekend early)

What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be making outbound calls, but you won’t be dialling blind or using tired sales tactics. You’ll be speaking with decision-makers from a database of over 200,000 contacts, uncovering their needs, and offering solutions that bring real value. Your day-to-day will include:
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Building rapport quickly and confidently
- Handling objections with professionalism and persistence
- Recommending tailored utility savings solutions
- Managing your own pipeline and hitting achievable KPIs
- Using a user-friendly CRM to keep everything organised
