What you’ll do:

• Map and improve business processes ️
• Translate requirements into smart, scalable solutions
• Support and configure systems (low-code/no-code, SQL, legal/pro services tools)
• Collaborate across teams to drive tech-led projects

What you’ll bring:

• Strong communication + problem-solving skills
• Experience with business systems (Aderant, iManage, Intapp, Power Automate, etc.)
• A passion for continuous improvement
• Bonus: SQL, AI tools, or experience in legal/professional services
