This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with a passion for digital transformation. We’re partnering with a globally respected digital consultancy at the forefront of technological change. They’re seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead transformative projects and make a lasting impact for enterprise clients.
We have a top-end budget of £70,000 (dependent on experience) as well as a bonus up to £6k. The role will be hybrid remote with client travel expected depending on project requirements, likely 1-2 times per month, but could be less, in London, Manchester, Newcastle, or Glasgow.

The right skillset for this role
Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. With a consulting background and strong client engagement skills, as well as a track record in advising stakeholders on business and technology strategies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (certifications are a plus)
- A strong consulting mindset with client-facing experience
- Solid knowledge of CRM, ERP systems, business processes, and cloud-based deployments
What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategic Client Engagements: Advise on digital strategies that align with client goals and business transformation initiatives.
- Oversee Project Delivery: Manage full project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes.
- Design and Implement Solutions: Work closely with teams to assess business needs, design tailored Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions, and deliver accurate implementation plans.
- Champion Innovation: Mentor junior consultants, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable value to clients.
