This allows for AI enablement and an innovative and unique evolution of a total talent solution, to stand alone from traditional recruitment and consulting services.

We are expanding our Technology practice and seeking an experienced 360 Tech Recruiter to drive new business, build relationships, and ensure successful delivery across mandates.

Your role as a 360 Tech Recruiter:

  • Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and securing recruitment mandates.
  • Engage in business development activities, including cold and warm outreach, meetings, and networking to build a strong client base.
  • Source and headhunt niche tech talent using multi-channel approaches, including LinkedIn, coding communities, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain an engaged candidate network, leveraging data and technology to match top talent with client needs.
  • Market map and track technology trends, providing clients with valuable insights and talent strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client briefing and candidate qualification to offer negotiation and placement.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant specialising across any Tech or Data verticals.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to win and nurture client relationships.
  • Expertise in headhunting, networking, and talent attraction strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with an interest in market trends and talent intelligence.
  • A consultative approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
