Customer Accounts Administrator

ASAP Start 6 months

Fareham onsite

£16p/h PAYE

Standard 37 Hours per week

Overall Purpose/Objectives of Role

1. To assist a team of Customer Account Reps with their day to day administration.

2. To be on hand to help other departmental teams if required

Key duties:

  1. Order entry onto MAX
  2. Scanning documents and filing as appropriate
  3. Raising repair and spare quotes as and when required
  4. Communicate current workload to your manager on a daily basis
  5. Organise and prioritise own workload, emails and meetings efficiently
  6. General support to the team as requested
  7. Proven Experience and understanding of working with SAP systems

Skills/ Requirements

  • Prior Administration background
  • Customer Services experience
  • Handling of Sales Orders / Purchase Orders
  • Collate Bids to aid further business
  • MS Office
  • Experience with SAP is desirable, but not essential
