We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst (BA) to support a high-profile data migration project within the London Market Insurance sector. This role is crucial in helping our client transition from a legacy claims system to a modern platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the migration of claims data.
• Analyze and map data fields between legacy and new systems.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with IT teams, third-party vendors, and business users to ensure smooth migration and system integration.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in migration processes and propose solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, write functional specs, and produce detailed documentation.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in London Market Insurance (essential).
• Hands-on involvement in data migration and mapping projects—specifically from legacy claims systems to new platforms.
• Strong understanding of claims processes and data structures within insurance.
