Office Location: London

Salary Range: Up to £45,000

Job Type: Permanent

Hybrid Model: 5 days a week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing support for the organisation's financial application services
• Supporting the real-time and post-trade platform | Ethos AFP
• Liaise with business and technical teams
• Provide demonstrations of applications for clients
• Producing documentation and requirement gathering
• Producing user guides

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Automated Test tools | SOAP, REST
• Strong communication and presenting skills
• Experience in a support role
• Dealing with API management
• Created documentation and training plan
