Planning Solicitor – Milton Keynes
This is an exciting opportunity for a planning solicitor to join a leading L500 rated firm.
The firm is looking to expand its department with an additional solicitor. The successful candidate will have broad knowledge including:
- General planning such as s106, s38, s278 and other planning and infrastructure agreements, and experience of working with and/or against local planning authorities.
- Knowledge and practical experience of the planning system in relation to commercial and residential development.
- Managing planning-based projects.
- General commercial property experience.
- Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (liquor and entertainment licenses), and environmental law would be advantageous.
You will also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
