We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation that champions evidence-based change through innovation, evaluation, and sector partnerships. They’re now looking for a strategic and organised Grants Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of high-impact funded programmes across the UK.

As a Grants Programme Lead, you will:

  • Lead the design, launch, and coordination of grant funding rounds
  • Manage internal approval processes and cross-organisational project teams
  • Oversee the application, assessment, and contracting stages of grant delivery
  • Act as the project lead across a portfolio of funded interventions and evaluations
  • Ensure robust project delivery, reporting, and budget management
  • Quality-assure key deliverables such as evaluation reports and implementation frameworks
  • Support dissemination of learning and research across the sector
  • Line manage 1–2 team members

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing complex grant programmes from end-to-end
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of evaluation, learning, and project delivery
  • Confidence leading cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience supporting process improvement and systems development
  • Commitment to inclusive, equitable and values-led ways of working
  • Ability to manage risk and ensure programme quality throughout the lifecycle
