We have an opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join an established consultancy based in Southampton. You will be overseeing a portfolio of commercial assets, including retail units, offices, and industrial sites.
Role & responsibilities
- Carrying out rent & lease reviews
- Service Charge Management and Budgeting
- Site inspections, ensuring compliance with all legal documentation
- Proactive and reactive maintenance
- Dealing with contractors and attending tenant meetings
Skills & experience
- Ideally MRICS qualified but not essential
- A full working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
- Experience in preparing budgets, lease & rent reviews
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
Salary & Benefits
- Part time opportunity to either work 2-3 days a week or reduced hours over 4-5 days
- £neg depending on experience and days worked
- 25 days starting holiday (pro-rata)
